Before the installation, the installing firm will undertake an assessment of your property to confirm that it is suitable for insulation. This assessment may be undertaken by a surveyor or the Technician before installation.

It takes up to 2 hours to install Loft Insulation in an average three-bedroom house. Larger homes and bungalows may take a little longer as they have a bigger loft space.
We can advise you on possible solutions. We may be able to quote for insulating the roof of the loft, instead of the floor, using internal insulation boards between the roof rafters.
We will work with you to ensure you’re prepared for the installation. Firstly, we will undertake a variety of detailed surveys of your home and, depending on the type of IWI system being used, we will plan the order in which the energy efficiency improvements will be carried out on your home. Works will be done on a room-by-room basis, so we will need you to remove all personal belongings out of the room until the installation has been completed in that area.
